B&D welcomes new Insights Director
The strategic team at B&D has grown with a key new hire. Our new Insights Director, Erik Winther Paisley, will focus on harnessing research and consumer data so we can better meet client needs.
As Insights Director, Erik’s will put strategic insight at the heart of the development of ideas and output of the agency. His work will draw on primary and secondary research, as well as cultural and brand understanding, to inform every step of the creative process, from early market exploration to campaign effectiveness measurement.
Erik brings a background of social anthropology to B&D, which he studied at the universities of Copenhagen and Aarhus. He has since worked as an insights specialist in a series of global media and creative agencies, including Ogilvy, 23red, and Havas, and as a researcher for GlobalWebIndex. Past clients include AMD, Hugo Boss, and Deutsche Bank.
