B&D creates LG Signature showcase at Wembley Stadium
LG asked us to create a showcase for its LG Signature range at Wembley Stadium for its prestigious Club Wembley members’ area. We demoed the premium products to club members, getting them hands on with LG’s flagship range.
LG’s Signature range represents the very top end of the tech-giant’s product line up, both in terms of features, engineering and design. Because of this the brand is conscious about displaying the Signature range in prestigious areas, such as the exclusive Club Wembley members’ area. The products in the range include a refrigerator, washing machine and OLED ‘wallpaper’ TV.
We were asked to staff LG’s activations throughout summer as well as creating a way to get visitors to engage with the products directly. We created a ‘knock to win’ competition that played on the ‘InstaView Door-in-Door’ functionality of the LG Signature Refrigerator. This feature allows you to see the contents through a special screen that’s woken with two quick knocks. Our competition was a simple memory game, where visitors had to remember what items were in the fridge. The winner would walk away with an LG PK5 portable speaker.
The LG Signature area proved to be popular with member’s of Club Wembley. It turns out that people’s ability to memorise food gets really good when a great prize is on the line!
